Guide for Businesses

Welcome Friends,

Norco is an animal-keeping, equestrian-oriented community whose residents enjoy over 400 acres of parkland and 95 miles of horse trails. Our mutual love for animals has created a close-knit community whose residents are active in the local schools, churches and various civic groups. The City of Norco encompasses about 14.5 square miles and is located adjacent to the I-15 freeway in Western Riverside County.

Norco plays host to several of the Inland Empire’s most sophisticated high technology organizations. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division is responsible for assessing the reliability of naval weapon’s systems and the combat readiness of the Fleet. It is supported by Computer Sciences Corporation, a defense contractor. Riverside Community College’s western campus and the Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT) are also located in the City. Working with business leaders and our partners from all walks of life, we believe that a strong business climate and continued economic growth will create the financial fuel to fund essential government services as well as enhance a community rich in culture, recreation and community activities.

There is a never-ending quest in Norco to enhance our animal-keeping lifestyle. This is evident in our 44-acre Equestrian Center at Ingalls Park, Norco’s state-of-the-art western motif Fire Station on Sixth Street and in the façade improvements on the buildings along Sixth Street and Hamner Avenue. Nowhere else will you see horse trails traversing from residential homes to businesses facilitated by crosswalks for equestrians and hitching posts for their steeds.

Thank you for taking this opportunity to become better acquainted with us in Norco. We hope to welcome you first as a visitor and then as a business partner and neighbor.
