Silverlakes Development Underway
News Image The City of Norco and Balboa Management Group, LLC are pleased to announce that the first phase of construction has begun on the Silverlakes Project.  Silverlakes will be a unique facility to host both equestrian and soccer events.  Silverlakes anticipates hosting its first league soccer games in the Fall of 2012.

Adopted Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule
On January 30, 2012, the Norco Redevelopment Agency Board adopted the Updated Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) as required by Assembly Bill x1 26, which was enacted as part of the FY 2011-2012 state budget providing for the dissolution of redevelopment agencies effective February 1, 2012.  The EOPS was required to be adopted at a public meeting and then posted on the City's website.
