Economic Development Division

The Office of Economic Development was established in 1989 to promote new business attraction and encourage business retention. The City of Norco is seeking new businesses to locate in our community, including retail/commercial, restaurants, auto dealers and small to medium sized industrial park and office uses. Developer-Driven Project Proposal Guidelines are available online.

Most of the economic development projects and programs in Norco are implemented through the redevelopment process. Norco has approximately 5,000 acres of property in designated redevelopment project areas.
