The City of Norco Fire Department is known to the community for providing the highest level of services through, commitment, dedication, perseverance and loyalty. Since 1957 the Norco Fire Department proudly has been serving and protecting the community and all customers by providing fire suppression, emergency medical care, rescue, hazardous materials response, public fire safety education, and disaster preparedness services. The City of Norco Fire Department is preparing for the transition of fire and emergency services from its City department to contractual based services with the Riverside County Fire Department. “The City of Norco and the Norco Fire Department want our citizens and community to know that the services that you have come to depend on will continue. There will NOT be any disruption in the services that we provide”, said Fire Chief Peter Bryan. Bryan added, “We are working very diligently with the County Fire Department to lessen any transition changes and make this change as seamless as feasible."
